I feel a happy, warm kitchen is paramount to an inviting home and I just had to share this quirky and stylish eat-in nook! We spend tons of time at our kitchen tables so I love to see an interior like this with so much personality and charm. I would love to have my morning coffee here but it would be just as lovely for casual dinner parties.

The color is so unexpected and what a fantastic setting for a big dinner with family and friends!

For your daily dose of inspiration . . . the bohemian bar cart! I just LOVE the styling on this vignette, it would be perfect and welcoming in any living room or library. What a fabulous combination of textures and patterns - the ceramic lamp, the plates, the bar tools; all combine for a charming, collected look. I love the contrast of the inexpensive metal bar cart with all of the beautiful accessories and the oversized lamp gives the cart so much drama. 

Definitely going in my someday files!

I am just so inspired by this image of Picasso in his studio in Paris! I love seeing the creative spaces in which artists works and this image is just iconic. The gorgeous inlaid floors and minty green woodwork are pretty stunning as well.
