I just love this home in Singapore by former journalists and food bloggers Aun and Su-Lyn! The mix of antique + modern and Asian + European shine through in both the architecture and interior design. Topped off by a beautiful array of art and accessories which they collected on their travels, their home is really Singapore chic! I find the warmth and style of these interiors are so inspiring. Also check out the couple's lovely food blog - Chubby Hubby!
An antique Turkish carpet contrasts beautifully with mid-century modern feel of the sofa and lamp.
A fantastic open dining room, with lots of space for dinner parties!
A black and white small scale patterned floor adds texture to the minimalist kitchen - especially important as the pair spend lots of time cooking and testing recipes!
Aun and Su added the herringbone brick flooring to give the terrace a French feel.
The dramatic master bedroom was paneled in wood and the floors, walls and ceiling were painted a rich black!
An utterly modern staircase and cement floored entry.
The amazing double height bookcases just fit the couple's expansive book collection.

I will leave you with this incredible Chocolate and Pop Rocks Cake from Chubby Hubby! How fun and retro! Yum.
