Artist Spotlight: Joanna Goss

Thursday, June 9, 2011

As soon as I spotted the work of watercolorist Joanna Goss, I was in love! Her amazing geometric forms are softened by the handmade, organic feeling of her lines and her use of color is so inspiring! I love that many of the works are done on what looks like old school graph paper. I am dying over this pink, teal and gray piece above and here are some of my other favorites . . .

I am always a total sucker for a chevron - this was the first piece of hers I saw!

So which one is your favorite?

Love these! My favorite is the 6th one with all of the beautiful shades of coral and gray.

I love the sixth one too. I'm tempted to add some coral to my room.
