Today I am loving this modern but warm bachelor pad. It is the home of Seattle based designer Brian Paquette and I am so inspired by his gorgeous blending of  vintage pieces, organic textures and subtle patterns. The space feels so rich and layered despite being a new build condo and I especially love the restraint of the color palette - focusing only on grays, black, white and woods with a bit of stormy blue. Paquette's space look casual yet sophisticated - note the art hung off center above the sofas, such an expected touch. Any details you love?

Modern Tropical Style: Singapore's Sun House

I love the architecture, textures and pure tropical style of the Sun House in Singapore, designed by Guz Architects. The open and airy floor plan is so ideal for the steamy weather here and the organic materials and shapes give the space so much warmth. And this pool, I am swooning! Now just to figure out how to get myself an invite to experience it in person. . .

Home Tour: Blue Mountain Hideaway

 After a recent trip to Australia I have to admit - I am in LOVE! I adored the natural beauty there and one of our favorite days was spent hiking in the Blue Mountains. So I was especially charmed by this family getaway in Wentworth Falls, set in the Blue Mountains. For me, it has the unique Australian feel of the energy and vitality of the American West with a touch of old English charm.

I especially like the collected, casual feel of the home and the chic children's room! And of course this this inventive trailer-come-guest room!

Home Tour: Lively Glam in London

I am so inspired by the unexpected combo of glamour and bold color in the London home of a Sisley fashion executive. Playful details, plenty of pattern and mid century modern accents give these elegant spaces a lively and welcoming feel. I just love the unusual pops of light blue and tomato reds in the living room!

This chic bathroom - office - closet might be my favorite room in the whole place! LOVE!

Another stellar color combo - the palest pink, magenta and duck green - wow!
