One of my favorite tricks to add drama to a blah bedroom is to draw the eye up! An extra tall headboard adds architecture to a simple room and and creates a luxe focal point. I love how these elevated headboards are both sophisticated and inviting . . . hmm, makes me just want to snuggle up and read a good book!

The cozy bedding in the first pic is amazing! I seriously need a bed like that. And I LOVE the chandelier in the last one and the mirror bedside. Very chic and classic!
I always thought tall headboards look better and grander than average height headboards! They create a statement and made a dramatic focal point at the same time!
